OPEN DAILY 09:00 GMT ROOM 4F
HBF Consult

Walk in, ring the desk, or write us a letter.

The HBF CONSULTING LIMITED office sits on the 4th floor of 205 Regent Street in the heart of London, W1B 4NB. The desk is staffed by people who know the client files, and the fastest route to a conversation is a direct note to our contact address or a call to the number below.

WHEREDETAILSCHANNEL

Business hours — Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Greenwich Mean Time. The advisory desk also monitors urgent email through Saturday morning. Scheduled client calls that fall outside these hours for clients in Asia and the Americas are arranged individually at the scoping stage, since a Regent Street desk is built to serve a globe rather than a single postcode.

Three questions we hear often

Do you take first consultations without a contract?

Yes. Every relationship begins with a single scoping conversation that carries no fee and no obligation. We use it to understand your situation, name the realistic scope, and give you an honest read on whether we are the right desk for the task. Neither side commits until the agenda is clear.

Can you act for a company that is not yet registered in the UK?

We do this routinely. Many international clients come to us before incorporating, and we advise on the right entity structure and execute the formation as part of the engagement. You can speak to us in confidence before any registration decision is made, and nothing about that first conversation commits you to incorporating in London.

How is your work priced under a retainer desk?

Retainer pricing is agreed up front in plain terms: a fixed monthly desk fee for the standing service, with project work scoped separately before it starts. Every quarter we send a review of exactly what the desk delivered against that fee. If the value is not evident, we will tell you and suggest the cheaper structure.
